Structure

The air shower room is composed of a top cover, a box, a chassis, front and rear doors, a secondary filter, a fan, and electrical control functions. It has a compact structure, ruggedness, and beautiful appearance.

working principle

After the power is turned on (press a button to turn on the power, and then press again to turn off the power), the air shower room enters the working state, the staff can open the front door to start the low noise fan to perform the air shower state, and the air in the air shower room is pressed by the pre-filter After entering the static pressure box, it is pressed out through the filter, and the purified air is ejected from the nozzle on the side of the box at a high speed through the secondary filter device. The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods. The purpose of air shower dust removal, after a few seconds of air shower time (the blowing time can be set), the air supply will be automatically stopped, and the staff can open the back to enter the purification studio.

Installation adjustment

1. Put the chassis in the correct position when installing, and install the two sides of the box on the chassis after setting. After installing the top cover and various fixing parts, connect all the electrical cables, fix the front and rear door frames, door leaves and decorative inlays. Strips and joints are filled with sealant, and the surface dirt should be wiped off.

2. The power supply of this equipment should be connected to the power supply of the purification studio, so that it can share the power supply with the purification room at the same time, enabling synchronous use.

Care and maintenance

After using for a period of time, it is found that the dust capacity of the air pre-filter becomes dark when the surface becomes dark, and when the wind speed of the nozzle slows down, you can remove the pre-filter and rinse it with clean water. Generally, the pre-filter can be used repeatedly after 3-5 times, and the new filter material should be replaced. After 18 months of use, the secondary filter device should be replaced at the same time to ensure the purification efficiency and the wind speed of the spray.
